As soon as we receive your order we endeavour to process your design request the same day. If we have a lot of orders at the same time, processing your order may take a bit longer. 

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

The average time for you to receive your order, should be about 3 - 5 business days, if you are based in the UK and Europe and about 2 weeks if you are based elsewhere.* 

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. 

Christmas holiday orders: Any orders made between 18.12.21 and 04.01.22 will be shipped from 06.01.22

Delivery costs

We use Royal Mail to ship your order.

UK 1st class delivery:  £1.95 (1 item); £2.95 (2 or more items). You should receive your order the day after it is dispatched. 

Everywhere else**: £5.95 (1 item); £6.95 (2 or more items). 

Within Europe, you should receive your order 3- 4 days after it is dispatched.
Everywhere else: You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks after it is dispatched.
