It is extremely important that we know that you are happy with the quality of our products when you receive them.
However, if you find that you are not happy with the quality (the item is faulty or the quality of printing is poor), we do not offer exchanges, but we can offer a reprint of your product(s) for you, free of charge. We must see and agree to photographic evidence in order for this to occur and we can only offer one reprint per item.
We only offer refunds on faulty items (if the fault was not caused by you). An email, with photographic evidence, will need to be sent within 2 days of receiving your order and the item returned to us.
If the wrong size or colour was delivered than ordered, then we can offer a refund. The item should be returned to us unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and unmarked. The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. We advise using a track and trace method of shipping; R2G will not be responsible for lost items. We will not offer refunds for a dislike of size or colour that you ordered. Please check the size guidelines before ordering and if you are not sure what a particular colour looks like then please email us beforehand and will send you a picture of the colour.
Refund will be made against the original form of tender.
